This site belongs to Dayna Brockbank, who lives in France and is responsible for your data here (the data controller under the GDPR).
What this site collects
Your email address, if you subscribe. The signup form sends it to Kit (kit.com), the service that sends the newsletter. It is used only to send you the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe from any email with one click. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Basic server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Where your data goes
Kit and Vercel are based in the United States. They protect data transferred from the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Your email address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for it to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use. To do that, reply to any newsletter email. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
